Completing all four challenges in one go is impossible, with at least a dozen coins scattered across each hole in sometimes obscure places, and an item crate in the most remote spot imaginable. Clubs are switched automatically while playing, but it is always possible to choose a custom one. Next to the main objective a hole can be completed 100% by collecting all coins, reaching the tricky crate and beating the skill points score.Ĭoins can be used to buy new clubs, balls, hats and speech banks. Optionally the ball can be hit through a large image of a golf ball in the bottom right corner. The most powerful shots require precise timing as there is a red zone in the meter that causes a mistake and a penalty. The shot power is determined by charging it through a meter. Aiming is done with a classic control system to determine the direction. The environment has many platforms and objects that can obstruct the ball or help it to travel farther. If a course is completed in the par score or under, the next one is unlocked. The game is played against a 2D scenery with the goal to put the ball with as few swings as possible. Worms Crazy Golf is a golf game built around classic elements of the Worms series.
